Terms of Service
Last updated: June 3, 2026
Welcome to Tanix. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website tanixlink.com and the Tanix Alpha application workspace.
By requesting access to or using the Tanix Alpha workspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not request access or use our services.
1. Description of the Service
Tanix is a next-generation AI assistant workspace designed to transform how users interact with artificial intelligence. The service features hierarchical context isolation (Spaces & Folders) and a Personal Memory Engine that retains facts and instructions across sessions.
Alpha Stage: The service is currently in **Alpha**. This means we are offering early access to a living product that is undergoing active development. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, nor do we guarantee that all features will remain stable or unchanged. We may alter, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the service at any time.
2. Alpha Access and Invitation System
Access to the Tanix Alpha is restricted and requires an invitation code. Ticking the request form does not guarantee entry. We reserve the right to manually review all requests and approve or deny access in our sole discretion. You are responsible for keeping your invitation code and account credentials confidential.
3. Credit Allocation and Quotas
During the Alpha stage, approved users are assigned to a free "Beta Tester" plan. Under this plan, you will receive a monthly quota of **30,000 virtual credits** at no financial cost.
- Credits reset monthly and do not rollover to the next month.
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for legal tender.
- We reserve the right to modify credit limits, tools, or model rates at any time.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any data, text, files, or other material you upload or submit to the workspace ("Input") and the results generated by the AI assistant ("Output"). By using the service, you agree to grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your Input and Output solely to provide and improve the service.
5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree not to abuse or exploit the service. Specifically, you must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
- Overload, spam, or bypass rate limits (API constraints, Turnstile bot protection).
- Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringing content.
- Automate queries or interface with the API through unofficial endpoints.
6. Disclaimers of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SERVICE IS IN AN ALPHA TESTING STATE.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Alpha testing program.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Tanix Alpha workspace at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice, particularly in cases of abuse, violations of these Terms, or if we decide to conclude the Alpha program.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
